See the post above from BigA. He's good.  Midland deals in junk debt.  While perfectly legal, they like to tread on thin ice. They aren't prone to pursuing any claims in court. The debts they handle are invalid due to being out of SOLs or otherwise uncollectable. They prey on the naïve & the ignorant.
If you are wrongfully contacted by MCM, simply tell them that you are fully prepared to deal with their "Rent-A-Shyster" in court. After being served legally with a summons in your jurisdiction...which certainly isn't going to happen any time soon seeing as you haven't received the required notice of validation.
These SOBs are ruthless. If you are served, don't ignore the summons. They are counting on a default Judgement. If you don't appear, BAM, you're done. They now have you. If you simply appear their rental attorney will most likely not be in the room. If you are represented, or sharp, other measures might be discussed. For naught. MCM will take the dive. They're used to it. Bing, bang...

Calls but does not leave any message.They  called about 5 times and sometimes they call before 7:00 a.m. or after 10:00

I'm called several times a day, every day. I have only had this number for less than a month, and as soon as the phone was turned on they started calling. The caller claims to be Midland Credit Management. Problem is I'm not who they want to speak with.
