If you were talking to them why didn't you ask them who they are?

It's a scam.

So I called this number back and the heavily accented guy answered 'hello'.  He then said he was a collection agency and did I want to take care of my 2017 Cash Advance loan that I took out.  Total BS; never took out a loan.  Scary thing is he knew the last 4 of my SS and where I worked.  I told him this was ridiculous; he than asked me if I wanted to dispute.  I said of course.  He then said someone would be calling back.  I'm sure there'll be no callback.  It's a scam, but how they got my info is disturbing.

keep getting constant calls, 5 or 6 in 2 days.   keep getting half of prerecorded messages that tell me my immediate attention is required.

They are leaving messages all the time saying that that is a time-sensitive matter.
I called back - no one is taking the call. Those people be sued for bothering seniors: that is a hidden discrimination.

1.  How do you know that they are only bothering seniors?
2.  What in the world is a "hidden discrimination"?
