A gentleman called my mom and my sister telling them the where from check fraud department and if I don't reply they would take it to the court house. And that his message is my notice.

Called and said my husband has check fraud and that he would have to appear in court if he did not pay a certain amount.

My daughter called me stating she received a call from this number looking for my wife.  The caller identified himself to her asInvestigator Johnson.   Now, no one has ever called our house looking for my wife of other cell phone.  I took the info from her and I called them.  A guy on the phone wouldn’t tell me his name and wanted to know the case number that was left.  I gave it to him and he recalled my wife’s name.  I asked him if he could ID my wife with her date of birth, and he said I’d have to give him the info.   I declined and asked him the name of his company.   He refused that as well.   I told him I had found their number on the internet and a search revealed it as a fraud number and that was the reason I didn’t want to give him her birthdate. I asked him for their business address and he got pissed, started getting aggressive and then hung upon me.   A real company wouldn’t  use these tactics nor would they refuse to give me a business address.

Left a voice mail Oct 20th stating they were filming a docket to take me to court for check fraud.. I'm reporting them to the FCC
