Called back this no.#. recording said pls. wait for nnext agent. Never got an Agent

This number was used to scam me on my computer and my personal information they told me Microsoft virus protection was no longer valid and got into my computer

jjb      called number on screen after it claimed my computer was infected by microsoft

they wanted  me to give them access / control  claimed it was a child porn site that caused them to
be notified  and called back several times telling me that they would report my computer if they could not clear
the ip address(no i was not accessing child porn)  their directions sent me to a citrix site   this is the phone number they used to contact me several times  caller id said it was pc tech  844 536 9249   of course east indian accent, much background noise .

Infected my computer and said it was locked til I call this number.

They called about a year ago and talked to my husband because our computer was frozen.  Their number showed up on the computer for him to call to unfreeze, so he did.  Now a year later they called him 6 times today and he told them we don't want their service and this last time they said they have our credit card number and was going to charge our card and he said fine.  The account associated with the card has been closed now for a year
