- Nancy| 3 repliesCalled my cell phone and left an automated message "regarding the scheduled appointment for the issue you have reported to Comcast." I did report an issue to Comcast and I have an appointment scheduled for this weekend, but I can't find any record of this number belonging to them, nor do they usually call and leave an automated message.

- Joe replies to NancyI got the same call. Robo message left on my voicemail. Comcast. I called back but they wanted my identifying info. I refused to give more than phone number. She refused to talk with me unless I gave that info. I hung up. Authentic call? Maybe. Maybe not.
- sheIncomplete automated voicemail left. All it did was repeat the number it was calling from, without saying who/what.. But I do have an appointment with Comcast for tomorrow.
- NancyGot a text and two calls from this number. I told them this is the wrong number, asked if this was a certain person, told her again wrong number, gave me my phone number, told her it was mine but they had the wrong number

- RL| 3 repliesReceived the same Robo call. Called Comcast - it is NOT their number. This dou ds like an I did job since I am noticing this going back to Oct. It is Dec. 24th. How does Robo know I have a Comcast appointment ? !!!! This is very disconcerning.

- anonymous| 1 replysame as all the above comments. I told Comcast not to call. Only text. They have texted me regarding upcoming tech support. I do not ever take unsolicited calls. AND I look up any number that is unsolicited and unfamiliar. As I said, I NEVER answer unknown call. They did leave a message .. same as the ones above.

- AimeeSCAM ALERT**** Number called saying they were the Social Security Administration and that my SS # was being suspended due to the “fraudulent and criminal activities I was using my SS# for!” And the “press 1 to speak to operator “- when he answered ( barely speaking English), he asked me for my name and my SS #!!!! Well if I’m doing so much unlawful activities they should know my name and number - and when I refused to give him anything but last 4 digits of my number, he got irate and rude eventually hanging up on me- SCAM ALERT

- FedUpWithSxamsI received a call from this number, but it sounded like somebody butt-dialed me. The message was garbled laughter, some random Spanish words, & ambient noise. Reading other posts here, though, I’m now assuming it was Comcast, as I had just reported our cable outage the day before... and that’s about the level of service I got fom Comcast. LOL

- SallyI received 2 calls from this #. 1st one left msg saying they were calling about a problem I had reported, to see if my issue still needed to be resolved (with Comcast), but I had already handled it w/Comcast by text and advised them resolved & they acknowledged. 2nd was a 2 min 19 second voicemail w/no msg left, just some voices talking to each other in Asian accents. I don't answer unidentified, unknown numbers.
