Daily repetitive calls with no message let.

computer voicemail asking me to call them back re: issues I am having with Comcast.

Claiming to be Comcast with information on a faster resolution- doesn’t seem legit due to the questions they asked.

Rec'd this missed call after having received a service tech visit.  The tech was agreeable and told me what the A,B,C & D buttons on the new remote did, something that Comcast wasn't capable or willing to do.  Phoning Comcast for service initiates delaying tactics but my talking back at their recordings ultimately did result in my being connected to a live person, not one that i could generally understand, but she did arrange to have a tech check my place today. Comcast sent repeated texts before he arrived stating I could cancel if the problem had been solved. The issue was repeated occasions of the sound being absent during the news, but never during ads or other programs. The tech did his thing, which I hope solves the problem because months of repeatedly calling Comcast previously accomplished nothing.  I didn't answer this call and won't return it.
