Now how would we know who it is? We come to this website to find out if other people have also been bothered by a call from this number. None of us, with spoofing, have any clue what the real telephone number or caller is.

Unidentified caller.  did not answer call.  Went to VoiceMail.  Sounded like a robo call asking for us to call them back.

called my cell and left a voicemail to call them back....no idea who they are.

Could not understand the caller who spoke with a heavy accent and spoke very fast. Called twice in 10 minutes.

Maybe for you it was, but a scammer could spoof this number and pretend to be Comcast/Xfinity to get personal information or money.

They say they are from comcast cable company but sounds like scammers to me....I would like to know too.

I’ve been talking to someone from this number yesterday and today claiming to be from Comcast. I had an issue with my internet (Comcast), called and scheduled a service guy to come out the next day and then this number called me saying it was someone from Comcast, this call may be recorded, knew my first name and said they did some kind of fast track mobile fix, it showed my internet was working on their end, and my internet should be working (it isn’t). Then they called the next day wanting me to try something but I said I wasn’t home and they offered to call back. It was a different man each time, both with a heavy middle eastern accent. Very nice but felt fishy since I had a service man scheduled to come the next day?

It’s Comcast/Xfinity. They use an outsourced third party to try one more time to a troubleshoot an issue if you called to schedule a visit from a tech. Their goal is to make it so a tech doesn’t have to visit thus reducing the cost of a truck roll. They are overseas mostly and sometimes will tell you it’s fixed or it was a problem down the street.

Well here's the thing, I'm a kid in school and this number called me and left a voicemail claiming to be of comcast (twas a robotic voice). Here's the kicker though, I don't have Comcast/Xfinity...I have Spectrum lol. So in my defense, I personally think it's a scam.
