Yes this called was from Chase Regarding billing disputed which I put before, they asked me some information about the disputed and said they will respond me within 7 - 10 days.

Someone called saying they were from Chase, calling regarding my inquiry (I had no inquiry) and that I should call them back at this number and reference extension 6583596.  Chinese voice.  Total scam.

Got a call that left a voice mail to call 844-540-8024, when I called back the recording thanked me for calling "Cardmember Services", which is the name the spam callers always use.

SAID SHE WAS FROM CREDIT CARD COMPANY LEFT A 6 DIGIT #

This is Chase's dispute department. I didn't trust it either so I called the number on the back of my card and they connected me with someone from the dispute department.

WARNING.  I received a call with caller ID 888-489-8452. Was unable to catch the call. When I returned call it was Chase Customer Service.  They stated that there was NO NOTE of anyone call us. Then a voice mail was left (female with heavy accent) asking us to call her back @ 844-530-8024 ext. 658-3192.  When I try to return the call line picks up beeps 3 times & disconnects.  I will be reporting this as Chase advised this is not their phone number. With all the current technology...this person was able to call me using a good phone for Chase.  DO NO PICK UP LINE. ACTUALLY CALL BACK CHASE AND GO STRAIGHT THRU THEIR CHANNELS.

Received this same call but it showed up as Unknown no number shown.  My phone carrier showed it as Possible Telemarketer.  I got the same  message that it was Chase calling about an issue and to call 844-540-8024 with ext 6583090 just like the other reports above but different ext.  I do not have any connection to Chase.  Not calling, Not happy.  It should be illegal for these types calls to to be made and should be stopped.

Same as others. Message from Sunshine Remus, Chase fraud dept. regarding Chase Freedom card ending in XXXX. My Chase Freedom account does not end in the numbers she gave. I also had a dispute on my card the end of August 2019. Did not call back.
