Scam number say they are a bank but on redial says something totally different

When first call came in I didn't answer it but second call with voice message came with No Caller ID.Caller said he was from Well Fargo Executive Office.  He was very vague and said he would be in the office until 7pm but didn't say what time zone he was talking about.  Very suspicious and I didn't call back.

Had a voice mail left from a Catena (Katina?) Taylor, of the Wells Fargo Executive Office, asking for one of the deadbeats that had my phone number 5+ years ago.  Requested "Call me back at 1-844-576-6424 extension 24631".  The caller ID showed 1-800-869-3557 which is the Wells Fargo customer service number, but the requested callback number cannot be found on the Wells Fargo website and a Google search for it only turns up phone number search sites; none of which definitely tie it to Wells Fargo or any other specific business.  Based on who she was asking for I suspect this is probably a debt collector, although it could just be a scam.  In any case I do not plan on calling them back since debt collectors seldom believe it when told they have a wrong number and scammers do not care.

Just got a call from Shaynan claiming she was from "Wells Fargo Executive Office CCS Servicing and Collections". Although my account is current, I did have problems setting up an auto pay for my credit card from Wells Fargo and the bank posted a late payment on my credot for their mistake. I called back and left a message because she didn't answer, and when she called back, her number appeared on caller ID as "Anonymous".. I called Wells Fargo 800# to double check if they had this number as "Executive Office", and it turns out that they did and confirmed the caller's full name that left me a message. This number is legit  (844-576-6424

Received voicemail from LIsa stating she was from Wells Fargo Executive Offices. Requested return call to 844-576-6424 ext 26043. This is not from Wells Fargo so did not return call. Called my Wells Fargo on regular number and all accounts Ok.

Got a call from someone stating their name was Zack from the Executive Office at. I’ve been having issues with Wells Fargo lately so I called the original Wells Fargo office I spoke with. They verified this is indeed their Executive Office number.

Caller didn’t leave message and alleged to be from the executive office. Kept trying to get my social security number, full name, date of birth. Couldn’t provide any information as to why they even called. Wanted last 4 of social security number.

Exact thing happened when I returned call.

Wells Fargo does not have an executive office fake

Couldn’t understand a word of message except they wanted a call back. I deleted message

Recently had a fraud case ongoing. Received a voice mail from 844-576-6424 claiming to be wellsfargo executive office and request a callback. I called the wellsfargo official fraud center to verify the phone number and information. After 5 minutes of their search, the fraud center told me wellsfargo does not have that phone number on the list, which they confirmed with me it is a fraud number.

Right after I activated the credit card,a man (with white man accent)posed himself as Wells Fargo bank credit services saying he could help with the concern of my credit card with the phone number and extension. I almost fell into his trap until I found out it’s scammer. For the security reason I’ll for sure to cancel the card since they followed me so closely. I’m so surprised that they could do things so effectively (very good timing) I’m sure they will follow me until I die unfortunately.

I just received a letter from Wells Fargo bank to verify the phone number was legitimated therefore the phone number didn’t belong to scammer

I received a few calls from 844-576-6464, first message the woman said her name was Maureen, when I returned the call a woman named "Christina" asked me for my account #.  NFW! Funny, I listened to the first VM and Christina and Maureen have the same accent and voice.  Beware
