Guild Quality called asking me to take a survey about a service I had recently used.

Received a call from 844-585-1199 on my cell and home number with a voice mail stating conducting a survey from Guild Quality on a recent service I had with North Georgia Replacement Windows.  After reading the comments from "acman1946" I'm glad I didn't answer their call.

844 585 1199 just called (11/1 @ 5:41pm Eastern time).  Did not answer. Will block this number.

Unsolicited call yesterday. Did not answer. They left no message. I have asked our legislators to mandate our phone company, ATT, to provide free call blocking.

Call on my cell phone from this number.  Pretty sure my cell phone took a picture of me when I looked at the caller's number.  I didn't answer.

Yet another scum-bag caller from still another unknown number. Not to mention that this call will now be charged to me because they've found some new area code which doesn't cost them a penny; instead it charges all their victims. Please law enforcement put these people out of business.

Called wanting me to complete a 3rd party customer satisfaction survey for a contract company that I used. I know they only get paid if they are provided feed back so I was happy to do it. Very nice young lady.

Continually getting IRS calls from this number. SCAM

What a waste of time!!!!!

844 is toll free.  The caller pays, not the called party.  The caller was Guild Quality requesting feedback on a service I used from another company.  If I had praise or complaints about the service, I would have called back.

We had a new central air conditioner installed, and these people called for a survey specifically for the company we hired. It took 7 minutes from start to finish. My understanding is their website grades contractors so homeowners can hire them based on reviews. They haven't called since the survey 3 days ago.
