Adam Banks at this number just called my husband to tell him they had tried to serve me with papers twice and that if we didn't pay $1726 right now I was going to be arrested.   He said I didn't pay a payday loan.  COMPLETE SCAM!!  Never happened!!

Got a call for my ex husband saying they were going to be at his house to serve him papers & that I needed to balk back because they had papers for me too. I called back & flipped out because I haven't been associated with him in 8 years! It's obviously a scam!

Did this company go to hour place and had you receive papers from the Local Sheriff Dep?

Brian Christopher called and left a message on my phone, it involved a relitive, he said i would be recieving papers to, gave me a docket number and told me to call this number. told me i better be home in an hour to recieve papers, or he would be at the relitives place of employment, and if I didnt comply I Would be arrested. I called this number back, they were totally rude and acted as if I was an idiot, I told them in a not very nice way that i would be turning them in, they hung up. when i called back it went straight to voice mail. this is a spam please turn this number in
