pending court case?

do you know what the pending court case is in reference too?

Omg,  they are sneaky.   Chick calls me a civil suit against me.   Gives me a no.   844 661 8090 (ARS mgmt.   Collection agency)  to call to find out details.   I do.   Guy talks 90 mph,  reading some stuff to me.   I stop him and tell him to mail it.   No can do,  wants my email addy.   No way.   Hung  up on him.  It was some bs from check n go that my ex did in 2011.

Molly Jackson called to say I will be served if I don't sign some papers. Bull

had the same voice mail... called our county clerks office..... no pending case on file.... caller called again and changed the date... waiting to see if  they show up.... not going to call the number since i have talked to county clerk's office....

Same, in order to "serve" you have to "file" a case with county. Since no case exists...call is getting blocked. Also, when leaving such an important message try not burping on phone next time. lol

They just called my place of work stating that they have a civil suit against me and that they will have no other choice but to come by my residence between the hours of 3-5pm.  They gave me a case number and phone number to contact.  She stuttered so I knew she was reading a script so I googled phone number and saw that there were the same as other people.

So this is bs she left the same message saying she works for county clerk office and am being serve too between 3/5

I got the same message and I haven't called back   She said I was getting served papers between 3/5 tomorrow.  How can we stop this?  Any advise???

Got the same call. Have no idea what this is about. Called my cell phone and left a message so garbled, I could barely make out what he was saying. Came up on my phone as an unknown number.

Karen O'Connell called and left me a message yesterday that this was the official notification that I was going to be served today between 3-5 and that they would come to my work if they couldn't reach me at my residence and then take other legal action. Gave me a case # and this phone #. Some sort of scam. Not going to lose any sleep over it. Just ignore.

I got a call this morning stating I had to be in court tomorrow and when I stated I wasn't aware of this suit he then gave me a case number and this number.  Should I take them serious?

Got a call from Lindsay French AND Mike Kern. Both said to call this number or I would be served between 3-5 pm. Total BS.

Got the same call, number blocked, from monotone Lindsey French to call 844 661 8090 because I was to get served papers. She left a voice mail. Glad I checked here first.

Just received the  call from Lindsay France (French)....to call 844-661-8090...if this was a court issue wouldn't we be mailed the documents...

Has any one even got serve with these supposely papers i got a call yesterday from molly jackson saying she from dallas county clerk is that legal to say your you work for them ? Any one know

1. REAL process servers do NOT warn you that they are coming.
2. It is ILLEGAL to claim to be a government employee (as well as an attorney).  A quick call to your courthouse will confirm the caller is NOT associated with the county.  State attorney generals like to hear about calls like that one.

same deal Process Server said they would be out between 3 and 5 what a joke first of all Process Servers do not notify people when they will be there.

Wow yeah she called my brothers phone, garbage, said she'll be out at my place or work lol let us know what ended up happening? I'll do the same...can't be 30 places at once haha...what state you in?

They called my sister phone and leaved a message saying they will be at my job 3-5 for me to sign some paper work. They said they were from Dallas county. So i called Dallas county. They said its a scan. This number is not from them. SMH
