telling me I have an HSB account, that they witll garnish my wages, sue me if I don't pay them? Sounds fishy

Called me late last last night, 2/17/16, saying they had certified documents to serve me from my step daughter (who has not spoken to me in over 5 years), The message said they wanted to know if I would be available between 8am-5pm. They gave me the 844-671-5447 to call and "redirect" the document server away from me. I called the # late last night and got a recording, of course but could not make out the name of the company. I tried twice.

Call my job and everyone I know. I already spoke to them and for some reason still call. Honestly don't know why the never call my phone. Told them to serve me then and let my lawyer handle it. This company is very rude!

This people are full of crap scam artists trying to collect money on fake debt. Sad america keeps falling for all these scams & sending these idiots money

I also recived a call from this phone#.  US Documents Services. Saying they had certified documents to serve me. When I looked up KTM Associates. I owe them money.

I received a phone call today from 844-671-5447. Stated the same as the above posts, they wanted to know if I would be home from 8am-5pm to be served documents regarding an old boss I worked for over 5 years ago. They also called my mom and said the same thing to her. I called back and the lady was actually really nice and took my information off the list to call.

Received a call from an unknown number, woman started talking very matter o factly, in an unprofessional manner. Instantly I sensed something fishy, told her she had the wrong number and hung up. She called again and left a lengthy voicemail trying to sound as legit as she possibly could to try and scare me into giving her more information. This is a phishing scam.
