I cant find any info on this company in New York.  They called me trying to collect a large sum of money.  Stating that if I didn't pay they would send this through the court system and I'd have a criminal case against me.

They also called me and asked to pay for $3000 for a loan i supposely took out in 2009 and if not paid they were going to serve me. I believe this is a Scam or Fraud. They somehow have all my personal information which scared me but the debt information they provided me was not making any sense at all. These people know their stuff but dont get fooled by them. This has been going on for a month and I have yet to receive anything in the mail about court papers. Its funny how they keep calling saying they are going to serve me if I dont pay but yet they havent. DONT GIVE ANY INFORMATION OUT. Let them know your going to contact your attorney.

I received multiple calls from 844 671 7037 to my employer. They advised that I did a loan and I owed them $5k. They also told me that they were going to serve me as well. I am not sure how they got my work number or personal information. I do not know what to do about it. I do know this is not my account. Any ideas?

The also contacted my work. To be honest with you, I have noooo idea how they have access to all that personal information. Let them know that this is an FDCPA violation. Ive worked for a collections company for over 2 years and what their doing is so wrong. They should be following FDCPA policies. Let them know that you will provide this number to your attorney and they will handle it. After I told them that, they have backed off. Im telling you its a SCAM!

They have been calling me too but have incorrect social security info and account numbers. They threatened me with a payday loan account back in 2001 and I told them first off they got wrong checking account and secondly they were fraud and talking on phone is the last place a debt should be collected. I owed no company ant bad payday loan.  I got mad at them.   I said to mail me info. They threatened county serve and hung up on me. I told them I was a law person and they are fraud.

they called my brother in new york when i called them back and they wouldnt send me a valdiotn of debit told them they had too. when I said i was goign to contact my lawyer they said they wouldnt call me agin then they called again. should I call my sate attotenry?

Just another buffalo new york debt collector scum.....they are all talk and no action!  Block function on iphone works great!  Ignore these losers, they will not do anything but light up your phone!  I kinda enjoy messing with them when they call!  Gonna have someone arrested!!  Yea right!!  Gonna serve papers!! Yea right!!
