Sounded like an old woman who called saying, "this message is for....then an automated voice said my name....there have been several complaints made to our office and it is urgent that you contact us. Cooperation is expected in this matter". The old battle axe did NOT say what company she represents therefore I am not worried whatsoever.

Same as above complaints they called me stating a complaint was against me on a credit card I never had and she also stated that I had to respond or a judgement was going against me, she was rude also so I hung up on her.

I called them back got some info and hung up. They are Miller stark Klein and associates and they have 43 complaints with the BBB they are scammers and they won't respond to BBB complaints against them.

They called me I investigated they are scammers the Miller stark Klein associates who called you has 43 complaints against them with the BBB. None of the complaints have they responded to.

For me they are trying to collect the remaining balance of an item I had settled over 5 yrs ago.  The old woman usually calls from "restricted" this time called me from 732-231-8098 (she forgot to block her number) now I can block them.

Calling and saying there are complaints against my grandfather who died 6 years ago with no debts. SCAM

Constantly for a person that no longer has my phone. Claiming that there were cases/compliants against the individual and that they needed to contact them immediately.

Debt collection extortion scam.
First, you should make a complaint at this Federal Agency, and while there you should also read up on how debt collection is supposed to work as well as what your rights in this matter are:  http://www.consumerfinance.gov/

They keep calling me and all of my relatives for a debt I paid off when I turned 18 (I’m 28 now)

If you developed that debt before you were 18, you could have simply voided the contract out and not paid a penny unless it was for necessities.  But as of today, I would suggest that you read my other post and use it to learn before you become the victim of this crime.

They called me too and used my maiden name that I haven't used whatsoever in 20 years. Lol

Same as everyone else here:  "There have been several complaints filed against you in our office....".  It is so apparent its a scam but the annoying calls just keep coming.  Keep blocking them and then they call from another number.  Why can't these people be found and made to stop!

Pretty much the same as everyone else here:  "There have been several complaints filed against your in our office....they give a name, which is not my name at all.  They give a name of a person but not the name of the company they work for.

This is a scam I called my bank my bike has been paid off for over 10 years they're telling me That I owed more money    sorry you're a scam

Called my sister-in-laws mothers house who has - believe it or not - a landline phone. They leave messages for her monthly. Same scam message/company/number as the above posters.
