I have been receiving these scam paypal emails for sometime now. Often several requests a day per email address on the multiple email addresses I am responsible for. So far today I have received 9 scam paypal requests. I was forwarding them to phishing@paypal.com Now paypal is rejecting these scam email reports. paypal really doesn't care because they are making money off the poor suckers who do fall for the scam.

Recieved two emails recieved this morning
999.00 and 599.99 same as previous posts. This number is in the email supposedly to report fraud. I googled the number def a scam

Scammer trying for money thru PayPal

I am experiencing getting at least 3-5 emails a day numbers associated 877-415-1842 & 844-679-4024:

CN Accounting & Business Services, LLC
Sandra Green
Kirstina Johnson

I've been receiving a crapload the past few days with the same 844-679-4024 phone # listed and the emails are coming to an address that isn't even affiliated with my PayPal account.

I've rec'd two of these myself today and so far PayPal has been taking the email reports.

I'm pretty sure this is a PayPal scam as I've never done business with a "Michael Rhodes", nor made a purchase of this amount. I pasted the email below:

The same here, I receive at least four a day in various amounts

Multiple PayPal "You've got a Payment Request" emails, with this phone number 844-679-4024 as one to call to report fraud.  I too Googled the number to see that these are all scammers.  I forward the emails to PayPal and then just delete the emails.

Eight emails this week, same false Paypal money request, says "hello, orderstatus6@oplacrm. com" at top of email. Also says "fraud alert.... call..." and EACH email has a different number to call, INCLUDING THIS ONE! They want you to call to say you didn't authorize this, and then they will try to get your personal info, passwords, accounts, etc. WE ARE SMARTER THAN THIS!

I also received a fake PayPal invoice via e-mail, which contained the above number as a contact.
I suspect it was an attempt at the Customer Service Scam, in order to gain access to accounts and/or computer.

Same fraud attempt 0 mine from "Invoice from stephen dickstein (0012)"

I called them with my alternate voip number and it connects to an Indian "PayPal customer support" person.  The line got dropped before they started asking for access to my account, etc. - Maybe because I used a fake name with an unregistered phone number?
