RUDE David Myers and John called me, insulted me, threatened to call me all day every day including at my work number, they had my home address and legal name. They claimed to be attempting to contact a relative however they threatened to call me non-stop until I put them in contact with this person. So I turned the tables and begin to call them Non-Stop and demanded their business name and address. After several phone calls and speaking with several different people including the David Myers I was able to get some information however it's unknown how accurate the information I received is. They claim to be upstate Capital Services in Boston Massachusetts. I threatened to contact the district attorney however they laughed and said they don't care and they continued to call me names. I cannot believe these types of entities exist in our nation and how is it possible that law enforcement cannot shut these people down. How  our government does not provide us a clear solution on how to deal with complaints towards these type of scam artist is unbelievable and needs to be addressed.

I got a harassing call from David Mayers. he called at work i told him i couldn't accept calls at work but he didn't care now I don't know and these people are a collection agency or not but I just want to know the truth

Both my parents just got a voicemail from dante stevens who said to call him back at 883-229-2208 when I called that number it was out of service, said he was going to come and serve me papers at my work place on Tuesday if I wasn't at home.  Is this a scam?
