Don't call!!! stealing your money.

Wanted money to fix my daughters iOS. Claims nothing wrong with her phone. Person hung up as soon as I called them out as scanners.  My daughter still can't use safari on her phine

Scammers do not call. Fake os crash

Just go to Settings/Safari/Clear History and Website Data...  That will fix it right up for her.

this happened to me today. Go into settings and clear browser history. Press on/off button and home at same time until Apple logo appears. Problem fixed.

they claim to be apple support. I asked 4 times if they were Apple support and was told yes. Then they wash I had to buy software to fix iPad. I knew they were scammers and called Apple support.

I just had the same thing happen and this does work.
All you have to do is the safari clear thing mentioned above and it works.

I suspected it was a scam so i checked it out with this website. Glad i did.
