Calling for a debt I don't owe

Just got a call from this number saying I owed debt that I don't owe.

Long history of debt scamming on 800notes.  They also call from 844-891-9269.  If you call the 844-792-4249 number you just get some sort of answering desk.  This "Don Smith" persona also appears on the  844-792-4249 number. Will not reveal their location but I believe the following information is reasonably accurate.

Just got a call from them telling me since I can't pay them 6000 that I don't owe they were calling my kids school and report me for being a unfit parent said they would find me and force me to pay as of 10 am in the morning. Refused to give me a supervisor and said he was the owner of the company. Called both of my parents and said they would reposses anything they have til the bill is paid since it was removed from my credit report in 2012 and this was the first call I ever got. How can this man and company be stopped especially when they have threatened my children
