A “Legal Document” processing service.

This is a scam. Says they have notice of an account audit in your name.  No genuine company will call via robo call to inform you of this.  No company name was given.  They have called me two days in a row now.

SCAM. As far as the LAW is concerned or AUDITS are concerned, only the IRS can audit you if you are a simple individual. I don’t own a Company/Corporation and have not EVER been in trouble with the Law. I worked for the Military for 5years and have a squeaky clean background. These people will not get me trying to use fear tactics, which seems to be going around A LOT. I simply BLOCK them!

I am pretty sure that State Taxing Agencies can audit you as well as court audits regarding judgements, child support, etc.

They called about an old car loan from Santander, that way beyond the statute for collection.

Same exact thing! Do you know what the statue is on a car loan?

There isn't a "statue" on a car loan. A "statute" on the other hand probably varies from state to state so a little research should be in your immediate future.
