This is an illegal business. They are not a real collection agency, nor law firm. They are not process servers at all. This is why they have an 800 number. Plus process servers do not call you. Do not pay them ANY MONEY AT ALL. They just buy old debt from years ago and try and use scare tactics into getting people to pay for debt. They are located in Williamsville, NY.

This company isn't a real documented company. Watts and Associates isn't a law firm. The people who answer the phones are not paralegals, the people who call you are not process servers. They are not in the same state as any of you people getting these phone calls. They are located at 8050 Wehrle Drive Williamsville NY 14221. This is why they do not give you an address or anything. Because they are the biggest scammers in the world. That is all.

A man from this outfit (855-881-1683) phoned me and began threatening me about my immigration status and asking me about whether I have a green card. I asked him for the name of his company and he said it was Watts & Associate, and that it was a law firm. I'm a US citizen, but I immigrated from another country and consequently speak with an accent. He was threatening, racist, and aimed to inspire fear in me.

I know these people who run this scam. They are an illegitimate debt collection agency. They are located in Williamsville NY. They are not a law office or anything. they get pay day loans and other loans from years ago and try and convince people to pay them

Watts and Associates is not the name of the company. They try and come off as a law firm. They are not one at all. They tell the collectors to say they are process servers coming to their house to deliver them a summons. The man who owns the company has actually had issues with another scam he did before. I know the names of the people who run it and their address of their location. They collect old pay day loans and loans of sorts that are years old and call family members and any contacts that they have on file.

**NOT A REAL LAW FIRM - THEY ARE SCAMMERS** I received a call and a voicemail from this company, asking for a Shamika. I canned their number  back (888)5213458 and an ignorant guy answered the phone. I told him they had the wrong number and needed to take it off their call list. He asked me what that was, I told him they asked for a Shamika and I am not her. He immediately began a tirade if racist taunts and hung up. I have been calling back and trolling since. I needed a good laugh today. Thanks “watts and assiciates” for being idiots, I love to give medicine back to people.

I got a call from my x mother in law actually a couple different numbers calling all saying the name Vincent Gregory or greckle spoke with him he said he was willing to work with me regarding an old payday loan debt and had three different payment options to go byI proceeded to call the payday loan place that I dealt with they had no record of me owing any money I then called the prosecutor of Clay county and they said I did not have any outstanding checks I mean after 10:15 years you can remember I almost gave those people my credit card number until I investigated first it wouldn't take it they wanted a debit card then they kept calling back saying it wasn't working if they were going to send an email to me and I'm supposed to click on a link to PayPal to pay my advice from the prosecuting attorney was don't pay anything over the phone and if I had an old check in the system I would be sent something in the mail especially under a local number wow these guys almost had me, really sickening that people get away with this stuff I was shaking you know nervous thinking I'm going to go to jail but the kicker was it had to been paid today these are definitely scammers that need to be locked up I wish I could sue them for anxiety
