They called me and told me they were from norton software and that someone was trying to hack into my router. He said he was trying to notify me that my modem had blocked 3 different hacking attempts. He has called 8 times in 2 days.

Calls continually.  Put in Call blocker. Today had a 46 second voice mail of random people just talking in background.

I got a call and voicemail from this one about student loan payments.
"No. Hi, this is Casey Brooks, and I'm a student advisor. I was recently assigned to assist you. You have a notification on your federal student loans, but you're not in the lowest possible repayment options. You can call me at 844-866-1434, and I can assist you in correcting this it usually takes about five minutes again, this could be costing you tens of thousands of dollars over the course of the loan.
