Calls show up as “Account Services”. After ignoring several calls from this number (no message left), I answered and an older man told me that BCBS wanted to schedule a home health assessment. I said I didn’t need that and then called BCBS.  They were not aware of the calls.

Caller ID says 'Signify Health' but caller does not identify as being from Signify Health, just says calling about Blue Cross/Blue Shield benefits.  Also, didn't ask for me by name specifically. Sounds very much like a scam.  Don't call them back!

Calls and leaves no message. ID comes up as “Account Services”. Just going to block it based on what I’m seeing here!

Refused to tell me who they were so they have my number and two names associated with it and would not give me the names they had on file nor would tell me the reason why they were calling

Called and told me they were contacted by BCBS of TX to schedule a FaceTime assessment for my insurance. I then called BCBS customer service and they looked up the number and said they didn’t have it in their system. Called the number back and told them how I found it odd that I was contacted by BCBS about first, that I’ve this insurance for years and never had to do as assessment, and that reverse phone look up on Google said it was a scam. Guy got upset and said his integrity wouldn’t let him work for a place that scams people and that he was very upset that BCBS would lie and say that there number wasn’t in there system. I’m not doing an assessment unless BCBS calls me directly. Plus, they have access to all my health records.

SCAM!  The call came in as Bcbs IL (which is not my insurance carrier) and the voicemail said they are Signify Health wanting to do a Medicare advantage home visit.  I am 48 and have another insurance carrier through my employer.

I received a call from this number - they left a voicemail saying they are calling on behalf of BCBS and the call is recorded! Called back to see who they are and why they are calling. As some people mentioned above - Signify health calling on behalf of BCBS. The girl said they were going to do a home health assessment as an extra benefit of BCBS health insurance holders and even has open appointments for the end of August for home health check up. I told her I had my annual check up recently. She said that if I leave an address and e-mail they can send additional info. My answer was BCBS has my e-mail on file and asked her who they actually are looking for. She ended  the call immediately. Conclusion: SCAM.

It kept calling and left unclear message regarding extra insured health policy. Fortunately I searched google and get all these useful info. The call is definitely a scam. Please ignore it and add this number to block list.

Sigma or Signa or Signify Health, heavy accent and couldn't understand him completely. He was trying to book an in home annual health checkup. He identified that they are working with Blue Cross Blue Shield for this service and tried to come off very official. When he started asking me to verify information beyond my name, I said "You called me, I don't know who you are and I'm not verifying my information with someone I didn't reach out to myself." He tried explaining again and I told him it sounds like a scammer and he ended the call.

Caller called my husband to inquire about me and my information in an attempt to schedule a “home healthcare check up “. Made it sound like I was going to lose my coverage if I didn’t complete the check up either in person at my house or via zoom. Verified our address information and when I said I wasn’t interested in having a home healthcare check up they said that they would call back later. We’ve had Blue Cross Blue Shield for several years and this is never been a thing, this is a total scam. I didn’t catch my husband in time to keep him from verifying our address, because we were so confused, but luckily we didn’t give them any other information. Beware.

Called and said they wanted to do a inhouse home health visit for BCBS and wanted to schedule a visit.  Told them I was working and could not do it then.  They were very bold and wanted to make an appointment before I hang up.  Told them I would get back to them.  Caller sounded foreign accent and I could not understand them.  After I hung up, I put the number on google and found this web site.
