Answered, no one replied, told them what they could do with themselves, hung up.

They left a message on my cell phone I couldn't understand except for something about helping me with my transition.  Pretty sure it's a scammer.

Received call and caller left incomplete voicemail on 8/22/19. Valid call for me; company is Via Benefits; administers some insurance benefits for large companies.

Valid phone call for us - Via Benefits confirming an appointment.

Robocaller left a partial message on my voicemail saying something was "about to be shut down" and offered services in Chinese or English.  Obvious scam call.

Received the following text:
Apple pay Charge: Your apple id has been charged with $155.73 via apple pay at the apple store. Contact support at +1844-607-2799. If unrecognized by you.
