Pre -recorded message stating that they were going to be in my area and wanted to protect my home. No search results came from a number search. The actual number that called was 530-358-4471 but the number they left for me to return a call was 844-916-0448. Reported to FTC.

Robocaller called left this number but caller id number was 443-313-8262 (Maryland #) i live in Missouri. Never left their name

called from fake number. left this 844 number to call back. why would I need a company in Florida to come to my home in Michigan. scam sales call.

Not quite that dramatic.  No one robs people in person anymore.  Much easier and safer to do it over the phone.  The "free" alarm system will come with a monitoring fee that will be overpriced and worthless since no one will actually be monitoring it.  By the way robbery happens in person and burglary would be stealing from your home, etc.

Same as the others, in my area, free security, etc. They have targeted Tennessee,  too.

Did not say what company they are with. Advertised getting our home protected. We already have a security system at one of our homes.

Only got half the voicemail as the first half got cut off, implying that it got spit out prior to the tone.  The part I did get went "...I'll be in the office until 5 pm.  My callback number is (844) 916-0448."  The strangest part of all this is that there is no record in my call log of a phone call in at the time that voice mail was left.  This bit leads me to suspect the number that called in could be among my blocked numbers list.

Got a call from Angela with Advanced Home Security Systems to install a free doorbell camera and alarm system ready for activation. Left the 844-916-0448 than the number she had called from. And calling from Florida yet I live in a different state, no thanks.

Called first from the number 941-888-3667 and 941-888-3668 in North Port, Florida.

Advanced Security free doorbell camera scam. Called from 425-961-9620, which has also received numerous scam complaints.

Same with me...goes straight to voicemail. How’s that happen? LOL

"Advanced Home Security" Left the same general  message - caller ID shows 210 664-1206 but the callback number is 744 916-0448.  SHUT THESE PEOPLE DOWN!!!

Error in callback number shown above - should be 844 916-0448.  (Not 744 816-0448)
