Threatening scammer

They keep calling and the call is identified as potential spam

The person calling me from the above # says that I need to hit #1 with this reference # KEH16828 to talk to a operator or they will file a complaint against me. It takes my time from my work, because they are constantly calling with the same voice message.

Called and said I needed to call them because they had a case against me but wouldn't give me any information.

Keep calling leaving no information.

recording that made claim that something illegal happened (but doesn't specify) and that it's time sensitive and required to respond. Called 3 times with exact message within 3 hours and stopped.

Same as the above from others. Calling no real info about why except that I need to call them because they have a case against me.

Within three days left 12 calls with same message as stated above; always press 1 to speak to live representative or call number. The last call received in that you have not responded to our attempts to reach you, press "0" to speak with your assigned representative.

Ah, the scammers are back in action from India and Pakistan, lol

Same as the reports prior to this one they call with a threatening message about some case and when you push 1 to speak to a representative the call is disconnected.

They have called 4 times in the last 30 minutes claiming an urgent claim against me

same as above, called saying they collecting a PayDay loan and they are willing to settle if I pay today (of course I didn't give any personal info nor did I have any intention of "settling" for a loan I didn't have).  When I asked the name of the company and if they would send me something in writing, they hung up.

Multiple calls with same VM.  Switching phone numbers but with same case#.

they keep calling me from this phone # 8449511879// tells me to call back due to a urgent matter. I pressed one, as it indicated to do and it just keeps ringing.

They called every 30 min over the last few days if I answer I get a recording stating same as above regarding an urgent matter and legal action will be taken. I pressed 1 and when they got on the phone I said please proceed with legal action because this is not my issue to resolve. I was told not to be an idiot moron and said they would go into my bank account and take the money. I said do what you need to do. I hung up 20 min later same number same message!

Basically same as above only asked for my husband not me. Said this call is specifically for ....... but then proceeded to say if was urgent matter and they would file charges as the law allows. Glad I looked here.

ive been getting the same call from the same number. they stated i took a payday loan out and never paid it back in 2015. ive never done that. i made it clear i wanted to dispute it and asked for the address for their law firm "Bennett and Withers". they decided to hang up. i called back and asked the woman with an obvious foreign accent for contact info. she hung up. i called again and the man put me on hold and i decided to hang up.
big fat scam.

I told them I wanted this is writing, they said it would be here in two weeks. Now we sit and wait. A supposed loan, from 2014?!  With an email address of just random letters and so weird place.org. idk.
