Claims to be a lawyer refuses to officially mail any collection information. Only threatens over the phone. Doesn't identify company name the number can't be officially verified. Threatens to serve court papers for weeks. Guess what no papers. They try to get current banking info . Scam

The caller Heather Mason called from an "Out of Area" number! These scammers are using decease individuals information and had created 2016 file case! It is impossible when the the decease party has been decease for 17 years! When I had revealed to them that they are running a scam the jerk called me ghetto! Please do not entertain these lazy jerks! I told the jerk to go get a real job!! The number left on my answering machine was 844-972-7283! Please be aware!

Called cell phone number with "Restricted" on caller ID.  Sent to voicemail.  Caller spoke clearly, slowly.

"This is Benjamin Fernandes with 'Process Dispatch', notifying the residents that we will be serving a summons to appear in court for a <insert totally nonsense first name + my last name>.  If you have any questions or concerns, or if you need to make any changes on the pending case, you need to contact the issuing agents office immediately.  They can be reached at 8449727283.  Case number 2016-23393"

Why is there no "scam" or "phishing" option for "Call Type"?

Idiot calling saying he was from the Seminole County Sheriff's office in Florida, said he was coming to someone's Job. the Jerk couldn't even pronounce the name of the Street he was coming to. SCAM stupid jerk. phone number calling from is 844 972-7283

ID themselves as "McIntyre Law Center" supposedly in southern California.  No idea where they are located.

I have reason to believe this group is located in Upland CA.  Haven't been able to find them.

I returned a call from this phone number and immediately upon calling the person doesn't even identify them self as a legal office like REAL legal offices do. When I asked who this was the gentleman said "McIntyre Law Center". He started asking me for information and of coarse I refused. THIS IS A SCAM, do not give these people any information. I knew it was bogus because I have great credit and no collection accounts. Please be careful, stuff like this angers me.

This number called me, a male voice twice so far this month. He says he has been trying to serve me legal papers and that I am evading him. He gave me this number to call him back and " my case number". Horrible collection agency or a scam. Will block and report.

Disappointed, this firm is ruthless [***], did not give me the option of an out of court settlement
said this is already as default status. I recently found out this was on my credit and here it is
they go by mc law group im guessing.

Isn't that a surprise? You'll find that they're not valid anywhere. This group has tried to impersonate Seminole County Sheriffs personnel & has now tried to imply that there's a judgement filed in a Monroe County court. Desperate bunch of Scammers aren't they?
We'll have to wait & see if "Lisa" returns with any more info. to "enlighten" us further. Somehow, I doubt "she" will.
