    I got a call Feb 27 2015 pm, couldn't answer it. I called back using caller ID and got a message that the# was not in service! I found the carrier using a search engine, Frontier Communications in NY, and reported it to them. Frontier verified to me that the number was not in service. It's got to be some scammer who has figured out how to make inactive#s show up on caller IDs. I was very concerned, since my personal info was stolen in a recent consumer data breach. Anyone elsr in the same situation who's been getting called from this number?
