Spam. Person called for some open ticket which was true but to solve the ticket issue he wanted to identify my indentity. As it was the unknown number I had to hang up. I called the company directly to see whether they called me and my old ticket was still not resolved. They said we did not call you and glad that I did not give any of my identity

Legitimate call from our employer's benefits department.

Legitimate call from company benefits center* on 09/27/2016, responding to a request I made yesterday. Didn't get to the phone in time, but they left voice mail. I called back on the toll-free number in the voice mail and got the information I needed. Happy ending. :-) Listing call type as "unknown" because none of the other selections matches.

*Actually, from the company to whom my company has outsourced its benefits center, but still legit.

It's a benefits consultant, but not very professional.  Just a call center boiler room.  They may do all sorts of crap calling besides.

Didn't answer, since unknown number.  Caller left message.  Caller was someone I had called prior to my receiving this call.  It was through my employer's Benefits Help Desk.  She called me back with additional information.   This was a legitimate call.

Definitely an illegal operation. They will try and get i formation from you, ss #, etc. It all sounds legit but isnt. Someone needs to find their location and go arrest them.

Aon, Aon Hewitt. It's legitimate. They handle benefits (Health, 401k, pension, payroll, leaves, hr,) to name a few for a number of companies. Call your benefits center back if tou dont feel comfortable talking to the incoming call rep...

Legit number from my work benefits department responding to an inquiry I had about my FSA account.

Not a scam, they called me to let me know that will take care of the roll over of my 401K to an IRA. Check arrived 3 days later. All is good

Legitimate call-back.  I requested a benefits change yesterday and this was a call-back from the same person (Jackie) that I spoke to on the call that I initiated.

It's NOT Spam, what gets me anoyed that this call came in from some Typical  Chicago BURBY. & I called back & had to make another call. This call us Re: Benefits & Pension. Again; their benefits was outsource to a Chicago BURBY Co.
