annoying calls.  party keps calling and lets phone ring only four times and never lets it go to the answering maching.  when finally answering the phone (dinner time, of course) a young lady said we were going to be in your neighborhood tomorrow and would like to give you a quote on air duct cleaning.  I forcebly towld her we were on the do not call list and they have no right to solicit as they are not a charitable organization.  I told her to take us off her call list and never call back.  There are too many of these people out there and someone needs to enforce the law!
