Keep getting calls from this number????  Who is it??

URGH! Thanks for the Fam Dental....they are RELENTLESS.  My family and I walked out, got our money back- after paying and waiting 50 minutes.  THEN- they were SO unprofessional and chaotic, it was insane.  I've talked with 3 'office managers' who SWORE they would remove my name from their list.  They will not quit and its a little frightening.

I walked out of family dental too! Poor customer service, they don't even acknowledge you when you come in and stand at the desk. Waited over 1/2 hr when the lady said there is no wait! They work so slow! No one should go to this place and let them go out of business!

I too keep getting calls for my now 19 year old daughter !!!! She lives on her own and not with me for the past year, they do not leave you alone and will not delete your number from their records so goooood luck.

I recieved 32 calls from them in one day, they woudl simutaneously call my work phone and personal phone back to back, to confirm a teeth cleaning appt.!!!  I finally answered at 8PM CST, when they called from another number that I did not recognize on my work phone, it happened to be from an area that I have a client in, and SURPRISE, it was them. They had called me 21 times the day before. I cancelled all appts with them and placed a complaint with the company's complaint dept. No calls since then. It has only been a week. They did advise they are only supposed to call at max 2 times 48 hours prior to the appt. I advised the contact I spoke to that I have the call log saved and will be making arrangements for a harrasment law suit shall this happen again. Needless to say, my family will no longer be using them at all. Sad to have to change dentist due to harassing phone calls from the admin staff.

they said i have an appointment with them, She talk so fast and she think i am an idiot to call her back, i have my own dentist and never heard this company before.

i to asked them to take me off the calling list...i told the "manager" to remove my son and i from the calling list that i will never go back to this place again!!!Honestly i really dont think they are real dentists...very unprofessional people at this place in addison il....

this place sucks service sucks, the take X-rays without proper lead vest gear, even thought they have the vest gear hanging up in a near by lab area and they take like 18 X-rays if you are a new patient, way overkill just to milk your insurance company. Place and staff is a joke and they don't care about child safety in their play area or dental lab room areas. Dropped my wife's bite wing tabs on the floor and then used them in her mouth without washing them off or getting new ones. They treat patients like numbers and not actual people. Pump them thru like a factory. Its all about speed and not quality. Never going back there even if it was free every time.

I've never used them or asked for any calls from them. They keep saying I left a message, but I never have.
