I called them back because they would not answer when I picked up the phone. Automated answer does not say who or what this company is all about

If it's important they will leave a message. I never call or answer a call that I don't recognize the phone number.   Added the phone number to my phone book and blocked any further calls.

Called me, left no message. From this will assume an unwanted call!

!st of all never answer calls that you don't recognize the number, if its important they will leave a voice mail.  All you did by calling them back is telling them that your phone number is active.

Told person that they had the wrong number. He stated "Huh. She put this number down on Her insurance". I don't have insurance.

Open Enrollment for health care

They left a partial voicemail, it said press 2 if you don't want coverage. On my caller ID it said Potential Fraud. I don't know more than that.

Texted me, first and last name, all caps. No further verbiage.  did not call. Text only. Did it twice.
