This company, Concepts, calls every day at various times of the day.  If I answer she hangs up. I've called back and told her to quit calling.  Then she tries to sell me windows, doors, etc.  Then she tells me her company works with our condo management company.  Her name is Heather ....  I can't get any other information on this number without having to pay for it.

I hear you.  I get this number and many others everyday.  If she's a telemarketer why doesn't the do not call list apply?  I am so sick of these calls and at my wits end.  From this and various other numbers I sometimes get 14 calls a day.

The DNC list does not automatically block calls.  Instead, it provides a list of  "do not call" phone numbers to legitimate telemarketers who pay a fee for the list.

The DNC list exempts political callers, survey organizations,  charities and companies with preexisting business relationships, but these organizations might have their own, internal Do Not Call list (ask them).

The DNC list  is not effective against criminals, spammers and scammers, because those people do not subscribe to the DNC list, and do not care if you are on or off that list.
Its purpose is to stop calls from legitimate telemarketers, and it does a pretty good job at that.

Consider buying a call blocker.

Caller ID said "concepts."  She asked if my name was mike.  I asked who was calling.   Lots of pauses and muddled, garbled talk from this individual.  I asked if she was on drugs.  She asked me why I would ask that.  Then I asked for her boss and she hung up.  

Same as others. I told "Todd" that I was on the DNC list and it was a violation of federal law to call me.  His response was that it was up to me to update my number with the DNC list (which is untrue) and continued with his sales pitch.  I had to cut him off and tell him it was not up to me to update with DNC list.  After some more words were exchanged he said he would take me off their DNC list.  He then called me back a minute later as if to prove there is nothing you can do to stop them.  I ran this number through the Better Business Bureau and there is no listing.  They are a scam company.

Please make these calls stop! The caller ID is Concepts and the phone number is 847-915-3964. The caller is extremely persistent and annoying.  I'm on the DNC list.

800notes is not affiliated with your callers, we are not calling you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also. We can't stop anyone from calling you either or remove from a list.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

keeps calling twice a day for two days. Voicemail picked up and was computer "squealing" on other end...
