sometimes if you stay on the line and listen to the entire message you are able to opt out on future calls. give it a try...

I continue to receive calls from this number. Caller ID shows ILLINOIS CALL. Did not answer the last call and no message was left. Because this number closely resembles that of someone I know, I did answer when I received a call from this number several weeks ago and got the blurb about "returning your call about a back brace or knee support."

Did you stay on the line and opt out?

I hope not.
Folks, these people are scammers, by definition liars. Why do you think they're telling the truth about taking your number off their list? More likely, they'll mark you down as a "live one" and add your number to the premium list they sell to others of their ilk.

Have called twice this week with no answer.  Have checked to find out it to be a telemarketing scam.
