CID says Franklin Parish, Il  in reality they claim to be Anthem BCBS calling on a RECORDED line.  They ask personal information via  a Automated Phone system and want you to answer their Querstions.  NOT DOING IT>   Asked for a Representative immediately.  Told them the CID does NOT say ANTHEM and you want me to talk onto a recorded line without IDENTIFYING yourselff in these days of Identity Theft!.   WHO the HECK are you STUPID!  Itold her I wanted to Vent to their marketing manager or whomever is responsible for Not Identifying themselves. Have received 3 calls from San Rafeal, Ca this week  that were unknown are these Anthem's Calls too?  She never responded. She said thats the way the calls come out.  Told her I did not appreciate talking on the phone to anyone but a Represenataive and a Representative that I could Identify with a name and Badge number or a Name and return phone number to verify.  THen I ended the phone call.  These companies think elderly people they can get their information anyway they can and we are not supposed to be cautios..
