I don’t know who this is but they are calling one of our employees and we were to call the state attorneys because 1st they are giving out false information but if what they say the employee can press charges for them giving out information and 2nd it harassment and our company is logging the names and numbers because when they are on the phone they are preventing business calls from coming in we almost have 3 months of calls available to turn in for harassment. One of our supervisors tried to talk to him about his case and he got ugly the longest call was 9:23:01 in length.  But they have almost 70 minutes in calls to our business phone. It’s a collection issue but they have laws to follow too. So start tracking always ask remind it’s a business and ask them to call. Find out from your district attorney’s office in your state what constitutes harassment. Each time they will try to refuse the business name or will give you a different name. We have 4 different names. We are looking for a legitimate license number.

I received a call from this number so I Googled it and found your post.  I called back the number and the message says that it is Trident Financial Services.

Whomever it is, they are calling a hardwired, business only line which has been on the Federal Do Not Call List since It was first connected in July, 2013.

ON A SUNDAY!

The caller asked if I knew, the caller said my wife's name. When I asked who was calling, the caller stated US Documents.
