Called and hung up on me.  She was a woman with foreign accent.

Called early in the morning 6:00 A.M. And hung up

Another "daily" call from xxx-555-01xx numbers that I get once to twice a day.  Never answer.   A dozen similar calls this week!

Heavy accented person (possibly Indian) called, claiming to be from "Technical Department of Windows." This had scam artist written all over it. He said he was calling in regards to my computer crash. When I told him that my computer is fine and that I have a Mac, he changed his tune and said that it was for technical difficulties. He wanted my name. I wouldn't give it. I told him that if he has my number and is calling for that reason, he should already know my name. He then told me I was wasting his time. I told him not to call back. He said he would call back every day. If he does, I will file a complaint with the police. I had another call from 807-555-0164 (Ontario, Canada) within seconds after I hung up.

Called late yesterday.  No one said anything.

Caller had a Indian accent said, he was from Microsoft Windows technical service and asked me to turn on my computer because there is an error message showing windows is going to crash. I kept telling the man my computer is fine. He insisted I turn on my computer. Believe this is some sort of scam I just hung up the phone. He had my first and last name.

Got a call from 302 555 0118 and 850 555 0168. Same thing !!!! Microsoft Windows Support. Wanted me to log on my computer, said o.k., (which I did not do of course) went along with the caller, she asked what I showed on my screen. I told her I showed SCAM IN BOLD PRINT. She of course hung up...

This call was silent, ending with an answering machine sound.
Moments after I received this call, I received another from 3405550121.

The caller claimed to be from Microsoft technical solutions claiming hey received a report claiming an attempted malicious software download and they wanted me to follow some simple steps on my computer to fix the problem.  I started to tell them that I was a computer technician and before I could go any further, they hung up.

Microsoft does not receive these kinds of reports, and would not cold call you like this to fix a problem.  That is what their updates process is for.

12:20pm Just called, but did not leave message. After reading these posts, if they call again, I will be blocking their number.  I'm tired of all these scammers.
