- MichaelI got the text message saying to call this number. It said they are Compass Bank.
I do not have an account at Compass Bank. - MichaelIf you call the number an automated system will ask for to dail in your social security number and your ATM/Debit card number. DO NOT give them your information. This is a phishing scam to steal your identity and money from your bank account.
I have filed a complaint with the FCC about this scam. - JessIt's now being said it's Compass Bank -- got a text saying my immediate action is required, and I don't bank with them. Yep, it's a scam.

- DavidJust got the same text. HSBC. I don't have an account with them either. Besides that, your bank would call you directly if there was a problem. They wouldn't send a text for you to call them.
