This is an intimidation attempt made by a scam caller, no mention of business name is a dead give away. If called they would most likely attempt to get paid. Anyway this is the voice mail transcript:

“This is Kristi Mills calling for Loki this is a courtesy call regarding a claim in my office my intent at this time is to move forward by the end of the business day for whatever reason there was a failure to respond I also need to inform you my efforts were documented the claim has been verified and you were notified any concerns please contact 844-396-9470…”

Just got an instant recorded message before I could say hello. Had my name said something about a claim filed and call was verification. Gave 844-396-9470 number to call. Instead I Google both numbers to verify its a scam.

Gave invalid information and stated I owed something and that I was a liar and then would not verify any information. They tried to intimidate me and said unkind things. Truly a scam
