This some one from this number call me about judgement against me

Yes. They are calling themselves Statewide ADR Mediation, or some such combination.  They are a total scam outfit with a long history of scamming attempts under different names.  They are serious scammers.  

They will call you again.  Know your rights.  Do not acknowledge that you owe anyone anything.  If you do owe someone, still do not admit it or answer yes to any  question.  

Demand a "validation notice" be sent to your home by Certified Mail. E-mail no good.  Chances are they won't give it to you.  

If they are legit they will provide you with all the information on the debt you supposedly owe via that validation notice.  If they refuse tell them they are in violation of Federal Law and you are contacting your State's Attorney General to have them prosecuted, then do it.  

Their threats are all hot air.  They cannot have you arrested for civil debt or anything else they are threatening to do.  They will tell you they will serve papers on you, but they won't.

There is no judgment against you.  If there were, you'd have to be notified of court hearings and documents by licensed process servers.  You would have been notified of the proceedings. Ask them for copies of this so called "judgement".   They won't be able to give it to you.

If you have received a call stating:

1. You have defrauded a financial institution
2. You owe an unpaid payday loan
3. You have a warrant due to an unpaid loan
5. You will receive a court summons
6.  Authorities are coming to arrest you
7.  Anything similar to above,
 a.   Do not give them any information or verify any information for them
 b.   Tell them you know they are a scam operating illegally and that you are   filing a complaint with the  appropriate authorities

* File a complaint with the Attorney General for the state you live in

They continue to bother  you, tell them you are going to the police to make a complaint of extortion.

. This scammer will call you as early as 7:00 AM like they are immune of any laws. They will treatening you with an arrest at a certain time. They will call anybody that you are associated with.

If this male person is calling you from  this number, 855-208-247, he is a big time scammer and has been violating the Federal Law. He would call anyone that you are associated with, and telling them that he is looking for a person so they can serve a papers on him, and will also arrest him. This is a serious bill collector. You need to know your rights and  you  should  file a complaint to the FBI internet crime web page and the state attorney General Office. He would also call your neighbor to let  them know that they need to get him and he will give him some kind of a case number against that person and would use a bogus name.

Received a threating call about being "served".  Case number #16390

Several Family Members received this call stating a claim has been filed against me and I have been "notified" and gave me a claim #

I received a message at my job from this number with a case #139975 stating I am being served.

I got a call from this number, the lady told me her name was AJ Brooks and she went to one of my previous employers to try to serve me papers, she said she's on her way to my mother's job to give her the papers.

They have been having the nerve to call my HR Dept, saying they are a Court processor or something wanting to serve me on the premises, I find if you ignore these scammers they usually leave you alone in a month a two.

We have been receiving calls from a man calling himself Troy Adams.  He says is with Statewide Mediation and wants information about our daughter.  He gave us a number to call-8552082407- and a claim #136896.  I called the number and was told that if I had been served I should speak to someone in the legal outsourcing dept.  when a voice answered, I asked for the legal dept and gave him the claim #.  He then wanted to verify address, etc.  I refused to give him my info until he gave me an address for his organization.  He refused, got very hostile, made a threat to have me arrested, a d hung up on me.

I got a call from this number, the lady told me her name was AJ Brooks and she, and she said that I have within 30 minutes to call this number give them a claim #.... And once I contacted them she will be notified not to serve me papers.. When she called it was Private caller. I called that # twice and got a voice mail twice.

I had a man call me today didn't state his company name. He kept giving me different pieces of my personal info and was asking me to verify it. All I said I was I don't know, whatever you say. He gave me a case number and a phone number to call. This is the same number that everyone  else is talking about. When I called they didn't have their company name stated so I waited for a person and asked her for the comp name and she says statewide and it is a new york address. I do not owe any money to the comp that she stated I owed. This a paid acct from almost three years ago. Why would they wait until now to start calling about it? It's from 2012. If it was truly an unpaid acct. Has anyone on here that was called or threatened really received court papers?

I too have been getting calls from this place from Alisha James, Alex Black and Steve white. I asked for a validation notice and received a hostile reply so I hung up. They said it was from 2011!!

Very Hostile & threatening  call  claiming I owed a debt from 2012 with a company  Ive  never heard of. They treatened  to serve me a summons to court in 2 hours ( and never did) and then called me a liar because I wouldnt give my address & hung up on me. I want to file harassment charges, how do i go about doing that?
