Keep getting harrassing calls about a pay day loan from this number stating I owe money to OPD Solutions, LLC.  I have never used them.  I thought that my information may have been hacked because they had all of my information, ss#, bank account  # so I was trying to find out from them what was going on.  When I asked if they would mail me a copy of the "loan" I took with them, they got angry and wanted my debit card #.  When I kept saying they need to mail me something so I could take it to my attorney, they hung up saying they would see me in court.  I would love to see them in court so I can file charges for harrassment and fraud!!!

Ye, it's a scam, the same clowns called me. They are calling themselves United Landmark supposedly based in Marietta, GA. They do seem to have access to all of a person's personal information. I also caught them in a lie because they use multiple numbers to contact you. One chick called and said she was with the Harris County Prosecution and Summons Division. I contacted my actual District Attorney's office here in Houston and they kindly informed me that no such division exists and that this was indeed a scam. These people also change names of who they are and try to rule by intimidation because they are trying to scam thousands out of people. They are relentless because they called my siblings and my former place of employment as if they are a real debt collector. Well they are not, I filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's office which I gave names, phone numbers, etc. Also remember that within your state there should be a Secretary of State database which you can do a search on real debt collection agencies who are supposed to collect, the listing should also list a bonding company as well. If you do a search and no company appears, that should send up a flag on what is going on for starters. Protect yourself from these fools, fight fire with fire.

They had my ssn and my full name and kepy saying that I needed to contact a Brenda Wyatt but there is no Brenda Wyatt in my family. They kept saying that she was wanted for check fraud and that they would find her immediately if she doesnt turn herself in because they know where she is. I really thought someone stold my freaking identity or something. I am so glad that is just a scam. Welp, back to Anatomy I go. I hope this post helps someone else. There are really some crazy people in this world.

I got my first phone call from them on 2/11/15.  I was told that I owe them $558.  they wont give me a name of their company, only they are a atty's office collecting for OPD solutions.  They threatened me with Bank Fraud, and that they were going to turn it over to the local court.  They told me all my personal information.  They even called and left it on my voice mail.  I called my Attorney Generals office today and they told me what steps to do.  The AG said they advise not to contact the company back at the phone numbers as they will put me a constant 'robo' calling list and it will be non stop and that they tend to get really NASTY with you one the phone once they know you have reported them.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of the date of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
Read up on your rights here, get template letters to send and also make a complaint at this government site:  http://www.consumerfinance.gov/
Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.

I just received a call from A deputy Newman stating I'm being investigated for Bank Fraud. And that she would prosecute me to the fullest extent extent of the law. She stated she's a Deputy in Broward County, however her call back number is the same number another Old rep called me from. I've never received any documents on behalf of this debt so I refuse to entertain these [***].

An actual Process Server is not going to have any conversation with you about any debt you owe, nor will they demand payment from you. If something like this happens, immediately call local law enforcement and make a full report including as much descriptive information as you can give them of the person impersonating a court officer.

I was contacted by this number 3 days ago stating that I applied for a payday loan with OPD Solutions (which I, of course never did) in which they "deposited" into my bank account in 2012.  They told me the last four digits of that bank account where they "deposited" and it happens to be my twin sisters bank acct! HUH??  That's when it became fishy...I was livid because at this point I knew the [***] was lying!  He knew personal info from my ssn to my home address. (I believe it's so they will sound legit)

I was told that I will be served with papers today by delivery service called "a1 couriers" because I never paid back this so called loan.  So he suggested that I "settle" out of court for $550, otherwise I will be out thousands of dollars if I try to fight this in court?!?!  These fraud [***] have absolutely no life and way to much time on their hands!!!

I highly suggest you all start shredding all your junk mail immediately.  This is how I believe they got some of mine and my fams info!

A guy named John miller "Arabic accent" claims I owe money to an OPD LLC solutions.. Says if I don't pay $500 by today that I would be served and ordered to court. I asked for the case # associated with the claim and the account # they put money into. They said they couldn't give any info out because of security purposes but only provided the routing number to my bank.. Said there's garnishment papers being prepared.. Stupid [***]. You can't take me to court and also garnish my checks.. Dummy.. Somebody should be going after these guys! I search OPD solutions and these names, you can't find these guys anywhere.. Is this a true scam or what?
