Just got the second phone call on my cell from this number in 3 hours. Left no messages.
I live in Winnipeg, MB.

Yeah, the same number has called me 4 times today…left a message once but when I listened to it, it was only a fraction of a second long but sounded like a deeper voice. Weird, I can't do a reverse lookup on it either.

From Winnipeg also, called and left 3 voicemails. Can't check them for a week because I'm in the states and sticking to wifi.

2nd try on my cell as well. Not in my contacts means not getting answered. Default ring tone set to silent. Contacts get assigned ring tones. Cell number unpublished, like anywhere, so this HAS to be another scam or my provider, and it's not MTS calling...

Same calls, same place.

It's MTS wanting to know how their service was.

If it's MTS why don't they leave a message?

Probably no message is left because the calls are being made by an automatic dailer that only passes calls to an agent if they are answered by a live person.  The dailer is not programmed to leave a recorded message on VM or answering machines, probably because they are not interested in call backs and only wish to speak to someone who actually answers.  They could and should display the name of who they are calling on behalf of.

I keep getting calls from the same number 855-215-0304 where it'll go to voice mail but never is there an actual message left. Also from Winnipeg. It'd be nice if the caller ID would show who it is that's calling if in fact it is MTS you'd the ink they'd provide that. So I haven't answered any of the calls because I don't recognize the number. This time I might answer if what others are saying it's MTS. Then I'll ask why they aren't letting us know it's them. It'd be so much either and that'd get a lot less avoided calls! Lol.

I read through the comments, seems likely that this is an MTS call requesting feedback on their service.  I had called to troubleshoot my Internet service last week, so, stands to reason given the comments above

Called twice today to my cell phone, do not answer calls I do not recognize.  I have talked to MTS before regarding service & have not received this call before.  So do not know why they'd be calling me this time.  

I just got a call from that number Jan 24th 3:33pm central I live in WINNIPEG MB.

It is MTS and I called  225 5687 to ream them out for not identifying who they are. I was waiting for an emergency call from the hospital and just about broke my leg diving to the get the cell phone. I found out an hour later I missed the call from the doctor who also called at the same time as MTS. They do not have my permission to call for 'Surverys" . If I have any complaints i will call them directly. I have now blocked that number so they can't bother me.

They have called me 4 times today and left a 1 second, empty voicemail every time. Like another poster, I was waiting for an important call.

If it is MTS calling, I already answered their survey earlier today and yet this number still called me.

Can MTS block this number for us.  Obviously an aggressive telemarketer - occasionally they "force conversations" by not leaving message -- they tell their sales team -- good sales people never leave message, you are too good for that and deserve to talk to the person.

If you have an iphone you can block the number in settings, phone, blocked.
