Man by name of Mark Levy called. I called the number back its for some company called investigation services. Calls repeatly claiming to have a file and has important documents to send to either my job or address.

They are also calling from another number 8435806859 located in folly beach, sc. Its a landline.

I just got a call from them too and now they are calling my mom.  I have no idea why.  I think it is a scam.

-I didn't get a call from this direct number but a call from 317-449-3359 and he told me to call the 855 #.  Said they have a claim against me with a file number and will deliver papers to my home or work.  I think it's a scam to scare people.  If they have my address then why not send papers in the mail?  I'm not calling the 855 number and ignoring the 449 #.

Always remember, if you are going to be served papers, its is always going to be served by an officer of the court. Rather it be an officer of the law (criminal) or a private process server (civil). Also remember that if there is a pending case that is attached to your name or SSN as these people on the phone claim you can look this info up with your local court because its public record. This is a scam by a bottom feeding 3rd party collection company and they break every FTC FDC law in the books. The number that called me was 901-296-1207 and it was a lady by the name of Brook Green and she tried to sound all stern and mean but it was very clear that she was reading from a script.

Please dont let these people scare you. Do your research and dont give them any info.
