    I got a call from an unknown number.  Female on the other end of the line state she was with locater services that she had a plaintiff number and case number.  I took the information and asked what jurisdiction the "case" was filed under, she claimed to have no knowledge of that as her only job was to locate me.  I called the phone number she referenced, 855.215.2904, and *shockingly* it is disconnected when dialed without a 1 and busy when dialed with a 1.  She wouldn't tell me who was paying her to locate me so I terminated the call.  Obviously a scam meant to intimidate & scare people.

    I received a call from this same phone number and this is not a joke or scam. I would advise anyone to take this seriously because I was contacted about a debt I legitimately owed. I do not want to be taken to court and therefore was able to settle with these people. They are a litigation service contracted to locate debtors who have skipped out on their financial obligations.

    Kim you may have owed them money but this is a scam. They are using illegal tactics to collect. Also so people it is a scam, saying they have a payday loan money out when they do not
