I called this number back asked what name of company was. Advsd to have phone number removed and this guy stating to yell and scream at me. Refused to take my phone number off his list. Told me I had no right to ask to have it removed. I believe this is a scam.....

Said I wrote a bad check at a check and go in 2013 had all my old phone numbers and my employer said I cashed or took a loan for 750 dollars they even had last 4 of my social said the sheriff was serving me court papers for legal fees and collections of 1499.00 and they are going to attach my paycheck from my employer for the debt had my last few addresses and name of 2 of my banks  I asked to speak to her supervisor she hung up on me I called back they put me on hold then sent me to so em guy named Jackson vm was full

They called me 4 x today and 2x yesterday

Said i took a loan out in 2010 had all my old phone numbers and my employer they even had last 4 of my social said the sheriff was serving me court papers for legal fees and collections of 1082.00 and stated if this goes to court and I am found guilty I will owe 3000 and if I don't pay that I will go to jail the day i appear. She also had the name of my bank and refused to let me call her back so I can check with my bank and now will not stop calling me.

This company or person left voice message at previous job stating that they need to speak with me. I call back and they told me that i wrote a bad check and they are trying to send information to my address or place of work. They would not give me the information. I threatened to have my attorney call and they hung up. this call occurs at least once a year.  I am following up with an attorney to investigate this scam.
