did anyone get a number to call back on?  I hung up on them and didnt listen, but then thought i should to give to my lawyer

I received a voice mail from them stating that an upcoming court hearing with them regarding my name and ss# although they did not say my name or ss# and that this was a time sensitive issue and that I needed to call them back regarding a packet that should have been sent to me or my employer and would have had to be signed for?

Got a voice mail from this number stating that an upcoming court hearing with them regarding my name and ss# but never gave name or ss#. the person's name was James Foster of Wyman & Foster Firm and said that this was a time sensitive issue and that I needed to call them back regarding a packet that should have been sent to me or my employer and would have had to be signed for and he needed to go over page 15.  This message sounded bogus, did not and will not call them back and if they keep calling I plan to contact the Attorneys General's office.

I received the same message on my answer machine - these people are debt purchaser. They get old pay day loans and would take it upon themselves to buy the debt so they can profit from it. But they are not going to get a damn dime from me -so they can keep it moving and go [***] off. I hate [***] like this who want to use this scare tactics to get people to pay. [***]!

here is the number they left on my phone 855-215-4138  and they never said who they wanted to talk too or anything I don't think they know themselves when they get a answering machine. all they said was call back and leave me a message what a joke this is.

Totally recorded message (its the same recording every time) - James Wyman of Office of Wyman and Foster, please call back at 855.215.4138.  My number is a new number to me as of 6 mos ago, and I'm guessing that time kicked in for a bunch of debt sell - got an up tic in these calls in past week.

Unfortunately for them, my number is also a work number, so even if they don't believe I'm not who they are looking for... they have to go away.

I will say that when I called the number and explained, that the lady who answered was very polite and took care of taking my number off quite quickly without a bunch of BS.  At least she said she did...

Same exact wording as the others. Name is James Foster, from the lawfirm, same name. Debt collector, hearing date coming up quickly, package being delivered to employer that has to be signed for. Same exact everything. What a bunch of idiots - wasting our time. How stupid do they think we are?

Got the same recorded message with identical wording.  I will not be calling the number back.  Ignore it, hang up or block it.

If you had a payday loan that is why you are getting this call.  I did and they are trying to get you to pay it back by using scare tatics.  This company is really in the West Indies and really illegal to operate and give loans in the US.

I just got a call from this number and had the exact same voice message as all the above post. I will not be calling the number back.

Ok I fell for this everyone and called the number and actually gave my cc#.  This is a trading company and investors because my bank fraud dept had to research it and this is what they got out of it.  So now waiting for my account to get money back.  If it;'s a lawyer they would not have an acct saying WF CAPITALTOA NY US.  This is a trading and investors.  Not a law firm.
