I must get at least 20 to 30 calls per month. They say the name of the company is "Online PC Experts". They try to convince me that my pc has errors and a virus and sometimes they even mention the "Microsoft" name. They're not calling from inside the US as I can't understand hardly anything they're saying and when I ask to speak to a supervisor they either deny my request or hang up on me.  I've asked everytime to be put on their do not call list, I've even filed a formal complaint with the BBB. I do technical support for a living so when I start asking technical questions they get flustered and don't have answers. This is all a scam I believe to get you to purchase either software or technical support. JUST SAY NO and HANG UP.

The pop up message appeared while using  safari to inquire  about banking policies.   The message stated that i had a virus  and required the services  of technical support  found at 855 215 4241 it  referenced the microsoft name.  I had to utilize my"force quit" to exit the site

Scam!  same problem as Jay in the above post!
