On a Saturday morning a man called and said he was from PGE and my service would be disconnected if payment wasn't received in 30 to 45 minutes. I said "whatever". He said " So we should go a head with the disconnect?" I said "Sure". And hung up on him. Called the number back a woman answered " billing and disconnect. How may I direct your call?"  I new it for a scam because the caller did not know my name and where I live we do not use PGE. In near by cities this might be working. Beware.
