Collection agency that has been hired by the State of Indiana in order to collect on unpaid tax debt. Offered a payment plan for my client.

I asked whether the account can still be resolved with the State, she answered that yes it can.

I got a vm from this number. The man sounded tough and implied there was a "criminal complaint", however, no actual information was offered. No name of the company, contact person or anything of substance. I don't live in Indiana, so I am doubtful it is in regards to Indiana taxes, but it definitely sounds sketchy

Interesting that they are calling a collections agency out on a time period in which my business, by Indiana records as well....was closed! Two years of this crap. The Indiana Tax office has had numerous notarized documents sent to them, and my accounts have all been closed supposedly in good standing only to have a case opened into collections against me two years later. My suggestion....never open a company in Indiana. You can do everything they tell you to and they will still screw you over.

These ppl withdrew money from my account that I didn't even have, plus if it's about taxes I don't even owe taxes & how is it possible to take money that you don't even have to begin with, then when I called the number no one answers the phone & then they say leave a voicemail...which I called during their business hours trying to resolve this matter....it sounds fake to me...they never called me either, my bank gave their number.

Another very vague post.  Who is "these people"?  How would they withdraw money if it was not in your account?  Who did you call?
