Man said his name is Tom and that he will be at my house on Thursday to serve a summons  on me for a firearm complaint. I called the deputies  ofc.  and they said they do not warn people when they are going to serve them.

Same number called me. Guy said that he was a process server and was going to serve me for NSF for a BOA account that I never had.

I received the same call, but from Daniel Wilson.  The first call stated that I was to call 855-215-8813, the second call instructed me to call 855-782-3865.  The first call said he would be at my house or place of employment on Thursday to serve papers for my court case.  The second call said he would be out today between three and five at my home or place of employment and needed my signature on these papers.  He is identifying me both by my married and maiden names (scary), and is calling my cell and home phone.
